the new picture. I have been telling him some thing about what C. Taylor is like.

He has eaten quite a good supper & is now very comfortable. I have been reading a good deal out of a Play of Shaw's - & it seemed to please & amuse him.

It is fine & cool.

I came down yesterday - stayed at home two nights.

Mary, Hetty, & Bessie have him attentive - no trouble - no talk about any thing among us. Hettie has just telephoned & is very nice - wants to come when ever I want her. I will stay here all the week & you must just go ahead bravely & have no cares about this end-. I found your note when I got here & was so glad of it. Kitty came to town with me & played three pieces little pieces very well at the concert of Mr Murphy's pupils. No trouble at all.
