Tuesday, December 14, 1875.
Did not accomplish much this morning as it was late when I got home. Was working when F. came in from next door to get orange ribbon I had promised Miss [[Hinop?]]. Had great hunt for it in old boxes & found some lovely grey silk stockings & one pair of black ones that G. says I may have. Invited F. Stubbs to go to concert with us this P.M.  Worked on Stone and dressed after dinner. Concert came off very well and we had much fun with F. Stubbs. Cora Wallace  P. Madonna! Sam did his best. Little Miss Smass' played. Jimmie & Anna had their beaux. Rather nice day.
