for good. I tell you we felt miserable to see her go. Mr. Hepflum and Jean and I accompanied her to the wharf and bade her farewell. We miss her frightfully after she went, we walked around and went up to the studio to see the exhibition of the student work. My six weeks are up Thursday, but I shall have to stay over till Friday or Saturday-- I fear Saturday as I can't pack and paint at the same time. I think I shall come Saturday morning by the boat to Bridgeport. I asked Jean to come up and pay me a visit before she goes back to Chicago.
