leisurely on to Chesco's where we had supper and were in time to see Jean come in with five [[strikethrough]] men [[/strikethrough]] perfectly good men. I really think she has been rather funny. After supper - oh, by-the-way - we saw the [[Longuels?]] Uncle Theodores friends and also Edith Prescotts; the former wanted to take me to Mr. [[Longue's?]] studio last winter if you remember, but we thought I'd better not, - well after supper we went for a bus-ride arriving home about eight o'clock. We are both very tired after our long walk, and I think I must go to bed. Tomorrow there is to be a model at the studio and I must be there early. Give my love to Mary and tell her that if she were here she would spoil Provincetown by photographing it. I am very glad the baron got his precious Russian leather purse that he bought at the bazaar in Ethiopia or Madagascar or New South Wales or wherever it was. Please give
