We went and gaped at the statehouse which is imposing, planted on the top of a hill. And then it was time to do our small amount of shopping and catch the train home. The cleaner Aunt Alice took me to had pressed my plaid skirt and the nice coat Jo gave me. The latter looks like new and will do to wear to Art School in cold weather over my spring suit. If I have a nice looking coat to wear over dresses (which last I have plenty of) I shall not have to get a winter suit
