22nd of March 56

Romaine dear,

Natalie seems well & rested since her stay with you & now that you are alone you can "relax"; as spring is here it will soon make up for the bad weather of the cold winter.

I am inclosing 2 sheets of paper which need your signature "Goddard" also you will please write over the words traced in pencil. I tried to sign to save you trouble but the Electrique Society would not accept. You have already given the money needed for this transfer.

I trust that you will have pleasant months wherever you are, & regret that the last stay in Paris you could not even come to my appartement for a meal.

With affection
Laura

Inclosures: 2 sheets of paper to sign & mail to Paris
