Savannah, GA April 10th 1865.
Jim Anderson having selected for settlement twenty Acres of Land on Sapelo Isld. Spauldings plantation Ga. pursuant to Special Field Orders No 15, Head-Quarters Military Division of the Mississippi, Savannah, Ga., Jan. 16, 1865; he has permission to hold and occupy the said Tract, subject to such regulations as may be established by proper authority; and all persons are prohibited from interfering with him and his possession of the same.
