Preamble: An organization of professional artists, to represent and combat for their professional interests:

1./ Fostering of private buying of art, inclusive the professional groups, through art appreciation program. Publications, radio, television.
2./ Business art sponsorship, competitions, fellowships etc.
3./ Closer contact with museums, unions, schools, colleges for exhibitions, forums, art appreciation, artist contact the public.

5./ Federal, State and City art projects. Competitions. Community art centers. National art projects, like monuments etc.
6./ Federal sponsorship of art. Federal protection of veteran- fine artists.
7./ Regulation of relationship between art galleries, auctions, exhibitions, museums and artists. Standard form of contract, standard form of invoices with copyright protection.
8./ Federal copyright law.
9./ Establishment of a roster of artists (index) with standard publication (a sheet) on each artist, as reference.
10./ International affiliations in view of exchange of publications, exhibitions, good will etc.

I believe I boiled down pretty much in general terms that the detail can be worked out later.
