Federation of Modern Painters and Sculptors, United American Artists, Alumni Association of the American Academy in Rome, Municipal Art Society of New York, New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, New York Chapter of American Society of Landscape Architects, and Architectural League of New York.

The proposals of the Organizing Committee comprised of representatives from the Executive Committees of the two parent bodies, the Artists Societies for National Defense and the National Arts Council for Defense, were unanimously accepted and the following officers and Executive Board were elected by acclaim: Hobert Nichols, President; J. Scott-Williams, Hugo Gellert, Edgar I. Williams, Bianca Todd, Paul Manship, Vice-Presidents; Joseph Le Boit, Corresponding Secretary; Howard Lee Irwin, Recording Secretary, Arthur Crisp, Treasurer; Chairman for Architecture, Julian Clarence Levi; for Graphic Arts, John Taylor Arms; for Landscape Architecture, A. F. Brinckerhoff; for Murals, Allyn Cox; for Painting, Gifford Beal; for Sculpture, Cornelia Van A. Chapin; for Government Relations, Henry Billings.
At the meeting of the Artists Council for Victory on February 13th a draft of [?] the Constitution and By-Laws was read and its adoption authorized. Two more artists societies, the American Abstract Artists and the Artists Society of War Veterans, were accepted for membership.
Plans for immediate activities are under consideration including a "Win the War Exhibition" proposed by the American Artists Congress.
