Plans are proceeding accordingly for the exhibition African-American Artists in Paris, 1945-1965. I would like to inform you that the exhibition will not be opening at the American Center in Paris due to the instability of their current financial situation. Instead, the exhibition will open at The Studio Museum in Harlem January 14, 1996. We are currently pursuing a Paris venue for the closing of the show. I have enclosed a list of the other venues for your perusal. Thank you so much for your cooperation and patience. I will be in contact with you very soon to discuss further details about the exhibition. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime at (212) 864-4500 ext.234.
