Dear Jap,

Your card was lovely.

For the time being, I deposited $500.00 in your account, and very shortly I shall take care of the other $500.00 for the month of August.

Most likely I shall fly to Norfolk on Monday the 25th on the late afternoon plane which should get me there around 5:45, but I shall confirm this.

In the meantime, love to both of you.
