as far as I can estimate we will need about $2,500 - $3,000 extra.  This does not include about $750 in materials and overhead in my shop.  (Jake has been working in my shop about 2 wks for work on your house.)  This will be without charge.  I am supplying the flooring paneling, stairway, door frames, window seat, etc. 

I dont have any way to know how much is spent.  I know it is already way over. 

After this financial statement - the work looks good and in its final stages, work remaining is finished flooring - paneling, windows, stair way etc.  But the roofers, electricians, plumbers some materials must be paid and an estimated months work for Dan and Jake.
