Dear Mr. Nakashima,

I have looked at the pictures I took on April 17 many times already, sharing the story of that day with my friends. I only wish they had been color slides instead of black and white. That Sunday will always be a treasure in my memory. Vasant Merchant was able to share herself and her marvelous thoughts in the simple fashion used by the truly gifted and educated. "The Future Destiny of Man" depends so much, as Vasant pointed out, on our own personal transformation and evolution of consciousness. It is important that persons like her and you and George Wald continue to speak out and to be who you are - with all the radical integrity which this demands and which your life styles emanate.

You know, I selfishly hope to come up to New Hope again to your workshops to take some colored slides. However, I do not wish to make a pest of my self, or do something contrary
