Supt. of Education

States that he has visited all the schools in Charleston eight in number, having in all about 2,5,00 [[2,500]] pupils. Most of these schools he says are in "a thriving condition" and that the school known as "Shaw Memorial" school is an excellent one.
He will leave Charleston for Savannah on the afternoon of the 11th inst.
