Your favor Sept. 16th has been received, stating that Gen'l O. O. Howard, Comm'r., directs that "I" collect and forward to Washington, D. C., on blank forms, all disabled colored soldiers for admittance into the National Asylum for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers at Hampton, Va.

The business referred to will receive early attention.
