#1 Bonds were secured and the debtors were able to pay from the crop of 1868, at the time of the sitting of the "Relief Commission" on the 1st Jan'y 1869 — Time was extended and security thereby relieved by allowing the crop to go into other hands.

#2 At the end of one year (the time of extension) the collecture of these claims was believed to be impossible.

#3 These bonds are still secured and will probably be paid — can be collected.

#4 Parties who have no property, all payments upon these claims that have been or that may be made, were, or will be voluntary. The homestead exception law of this state will prevent forcible collection.
