Barbara:
Enclosed are two P.O.'s concerning the orange boxes (now owned by Leo and Don), their repainting and additional crates. Larry carter agreed to Leo's price of $400 for the repainting. Obviously, one P.O. goes to Larry Carter, theother to Ed. Ed said he wants the usual 1/3 in advance, but he doesn't quite know what he is going to do and will let us know after talking to Carter.

The third P.O. is a piece for Rubin Gorewitz, long-promised payment for the work he's done for Don. It's a long square-front progression in stainless steel. Don doesn't know if Leo wants to do an entire series of square front progressions in stainless at this time; hemight want to think about it. In any event, this one should go through, with the cost put on Don's debt.

Thanks.

Roberta.
