Warner, Yardley.

Reports as to condition of schools in Tennessee and states
that he is informed that there is a contract for $ 3000. at
Helena, Ark. and that there is a fund from which it may be 
made good. Asks how is this and if there is a chance for the
Maryville School getting an appropriation by the Peabody
Fund.
