Respectfully forwarded to the Commissioner of the Bureau of RF&AL with the request that he will furnish me, if possible, with a copy of requisition for transportation issued by his Bureau and designated as “Requisition #641 dated Wash'n July 13 1866”, it being required to support an account paid by me for transportation furnished in compliance with it.  It required transportation for Mrs. C.A. Curry & children from Wilmington N.C. to New York City.
