General New York City, Apl. 27. 1871 Respectfully forwarded to the Commissioner of the Bureau of RF&AL with the request that he will furnish me, if possible, with a copy of requisition for transportation issued by his Bureau and designated as “Requisition #641 dated Wash'n July 13 1866”, it being required to support an account paid by me for transportation furnished in compliance with it.
