In reply to your communication dated Apl 15/71 addressed to the Quartermaster General and by him referred to this office, asking me to furnish copy of Requisition #641 dated Washington July 13/67 upon which transportation was furnished by me to Mrs C.A. Curry & children I have the honor to state that I have no record of the same; the simple reference being the only record retained by me on stub of Transportation Order "F" 35423 as follows "Q.M. Genls Office Washington Oct 12/67 Lt E B Gibbs 8" US Inf Post Qr Mr Wilmington N.C. will furnish transportation to Mrs. C.A. Curry & children in conformity
