General:
It appears from the records of this Bureau, A requisition No. 641 dated Washington D.C. July 13th 1866 for transportation of Mrs C. Curry & children (destitute refugees) from Wilmington N.C. to New York City was made on Gen D.H Rucker Chief Depot Qr. Mr. at Washington D.C. That transportation was furnished by the Quartermaster Department in accordance with the provisions of General orders 138, A.G.O Washington D.C. Sept 16th 1865.
