States that the following parties have been paid in full and without fraud and that they all perjured themselves before the Grand Jury except John Smith who kept aloof.
Daniel Berry, Ellen Anderson
Samuel Brown, John Smith, George Johnson.
Desires Hon. E.B. French to be informed that Geo. Smith, priv. 3d Del. also perjures himself as he was paid in full, and states that he will cheerfully aid the Govt. in any way he can do so.
