I The Commissioner having, by authority of the Hon. Secretary of War, transferred to David Langford Harrison Weckliff Benjamin Tibbs John Cowan Jacob Rowe Gibson J. Doran Gran Johnson John Tolliver and Moses Williams Trustees certain frame (40 x 26) building situated on land owned by said Trustees viz one acre of land on the Danville and Stanford Turnpike road commencing west side of said pike stake to Thomas Barbers land running S 89½ & E 18 68/100 poles to Boundary thence with same N 42 W 6 44/100 poles thence W 89⅓ poles thence S ½ W 4 84/100 poles and in S.E. part of Danville Ky. and erected by this Bureau for educational purposes, Col. J.M. Brown Agent and Disbursing [[strikethrough]] Superintendent of Education for the State [[/strikethrough]] officer Bu R.F. and A. Lands is hereby authorized to drop the same from his returns. In case there is any school furniture, the property of this Bureau, in use for educational purposes in said building, and borne on the returns of Colonel Brown he is authorized to transfer the same to said Trustees taking duplicate receipts therefor. A property certified copy of this order and one copy of the receipt taken will be filed by Colonel [[strikethrough]] Runkle [[/strikethrough]] Brown with this property returns.
