Outside Trimmings.

The galleries shall be fitted up as shown on drawings with cornices, brackets cased [[?]] 6 x 14 with bases and moulded caps, and square ballusters, with top and bottom rails.

The stairs to have an easy tread, and rise, fitted up with 2 in strings, on strong timber, carriages enclosed with 3 inch round rails and square ballusters, and 7 inch turned Newell posts. The galleries and stairs to be ceiled on the under side with narrow tongued grooved and beaded ceiling boards.

The porch in front shall be as shown on the drawings, with cornices, eased posts, platforms, steps, risers and ballusters complete, and ceiled with tongued, grooved, and beaded ceiling boards.

The roof shall be sheathed with 1 inch boards, and covered with cross tin, the gutters formed in the cornice, and supplied with two 3 inch downpipes.

The belfry in the gable shall be framed in the best manner with 4x6 - 3x4, and 2x4 inch stuff, all trimmed, cased, and finished as shown, and prepared the inside for the support of a bell. The roof shall be covered with slates the same as the main roof.

Lathing and Plastering.

All the side walls and ceilings throughout the two stories shall be lathed and plastered, three good coats with the best quality of lime, sharp sand, and hair for the first two coats. The last coat shall be a white hard finish put on in the best manner. 

Windows and Blinds.

All the windows shall have sash 1¾ in thick, double hung in boxed frames with weights, cords, and axle pullies.
