and neatly fittedup with seats, risers, and ventilators. The door to be strongly buttoned made with 1¼ inch flooring, all properly hung and fastened. A Urinal two inches wide made of 1½ inch plank, put together with white lead, ten feet long to be fitted up back of the boys privies, supplied with all necessary lead pipes, conducting the water into the sinks. 

Basement.
Hat and Cloak rooms, and rooms for wood and coal, store rooms and a porters room to be partitioned off in the basement with 1¼ inch tongued and grooved plank.

The floors of the same shall be laid with square edged flooring on 3x4 inch sleepers. 2 feet from centres, the doors made with tongued and grooved flooring, strongly buttoned, hung with strong hinges, and fastened with 4 inch iron locks.

Two Wash basins shall be fitted up where directed.

Fences.
The underside of the gallery on Derbigny Street and at the ends on the front within 6 inches of the underside of the front easing shall be enclosed between the piers. A partition to run through the entire length of the center of the basement, and a fence of 8 feet high from the gallery on the streetside to the rear of the lot. Also in the centre between the two yards. All to be made in the best manner with 1¼ inch tongued and grooved plank with top and bottom rails and posts running 3 feet into the ground.

At the front ends of the two galleries and in the two fences running from the building to the rear of the lot there shall be gates made hung and fastened in the best manner.

The front shall have a neat paling fence five feet high with 2 gates.
