Writes in relation to the case of Anna Jameson and states he has detected S.G. Burbridge in a similar fraud  in the case of Anderson  Wood, having paid him only $40. Requests receipts in this case and a list of the names of those paid by Burbridge from March 1st last up to his removal. 

States that Genl. Runkle is as guilty as Burbridge
