I have the honor to forward here with my report of Receipts and Disbursements on a/c of Bounties &c

The blank receipts not reaching me in time for the disbursements mentioned in this a/c is my excuse for their not accompanying the report. 

I would like a few Envelopes large Enough for the transmital of those reports
