My Dear Sir.
I have to regret the necessity of calling your attention to the fact that I have never received my Bounty money  I have been informed by Gen. Balloch that there was due me on his record $107-44 ct and I was entitled to $100-00 State money or more but I only received $50-00 of one Mr Thos Timmons of Balto which I believe was for the State of Md and $50-57 cents for the State of Ind and $50 57 cents
