John Payne & Sisters 22.10 allowed May 20 1871

Winchester Clark claim for $218.60 was allowed 25 Jany 71 - he sent a Special Order that was not heeded nor returned with reasons why - and only paid a few days only before the above list was made out.

In the case of John Payne & 2 sisters and the expense of a witness I would move them their claim
In the case of Henry Long and sisters living over 60 miles from Clarksville with the expense of witnesses would cost them nearly half their claim.
Eliza Edmund is a Blind woman and cannot go there
