Circular:
Leave of absence for twelve days, from the 4th instant is hereby granted all citizens of the state of Iowa, employed in the War Department and its Bureaux, who desire to participate in the approaching elections in that state.

This leave will not be considered as infringing upon their usual annual leave of absence.
