Ray, late Agent of the Bureau for the payments of bounties &c in the State of Kentucky, together with copy of letter addressed to him from this office under date of Jan. 27 1872: I have the honor to report that from papers on file in this Bureau it appears that Mr Ray, as such agent paid ton one H.M.
