The Sothoron farm contains 1500 acres - 600 of which are woodland. 827 are under cultivation of which 150 are wheat, 350 corn, 200 tobacco, 120 oats, 5 potatoes and 2 beans. The wheat and oats have been harvested and the cutting of tobacco commenced.

The Sand Gates farm contains about 1100 acres 785 of which are woodland, 12 acres wheat, 130 acres corn, 20 acres tobacco and 60 acres oats make up the 224 acres of land cultivated here.

The Coles Creek farm contains about 700 acres of which 360 are wood-land. 254 are cultivated of which 12 acres are wheat, 150 corn, 28 tobacco, 60 oats, 2 potatoes and 2 beans.

It will be seen that about 1305 acres of land are under cultivation on the three farms, of which 176 are wheat, 630 corn, 248 tobacco, 240 oats,
