That he has heard the affidavit of Henderson Fleet in relation to an agreement made with Joshua Jones in Aug. 1864; That he was present and a witness, and that the affidavit of said Fleet is true, of deponents own knowledge.

Md. in relation to the case of Henderson Fleet, wherein Mr. Jones admitted the facts as alleged in the Affidavit of Henderson Fleet.
