I hope to come to Mexico one day soon and would like to talk to you about disposing of some of these. We have no family to leave them to.

There is little more to add, Inez. I do hear about Daniel & Sol now and then and others in Mexico. I learned about the sudden death of Justino Fernandez, whom I liked so much. What a loss. Mexico and its people--the friends we had over so many years--is still a large part of my life. Yet I confess it is painful to recall all the wonderful times Florence and I spent in our "second home" during so many years of our lives.

"No hay remedio" How much better to have had it than never to have had it at all.

Forgive this sad letter, Inez. I hope you and your lovely family are well and happy and that I may see you soon. Our love to you.

Affectionately,
[[?]]

P.S. Florence's book "Diego Rivera--the Shaping of an Artist" has sold over 2000 copies the first year and the reviews were generally quite good. I am enclosing copies of most of them.
