Dear Mr. Takaezu:

Enclosed please find a copy of the transcript of your interview with Richard Polsky, conducted on September 3, 1986 for the American Craftspeople Oral History Project. We have reviewed your interview, and are now submitting it to you for your own corrections, as Richard explained would be done.

Please read the transcript carefully and write your corrections directly on the pages. We ask that you check the accuracy and clarity of the transcript, but please do not change the conversational tone of the interview.

When you have finished your review, please return the manuscript to me and I will have a final copy prepared incorporating your changes. We will then prepare the interview fir archival submission.

In order to accomplish this last stage, we ask that you also sign the enclosed legal release form. This will allow us to grant access to your interview to qualified scholars. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you once again, and we look forward to including your interview in this fine collection.

Sincerely,

ARwab
