The President stated that the object of the meeting was to elect a "Committee on Exhibitions" for the year 1936. He presented the following names to form a base from which to elect this Committee.

Chairman Mr. Ossip Linde
Secretary Mme. Gustave Ferrière
Treasurer Mr. Cecil Howard
Mr. Harold English
Mr. Henry M. Rae

This list met with such approval that a motion was made and carried that the Secretary be empowered to cast a vote electing the Committee as proposed. It was later stated that Mr. English was about to leave Paris for a month or more and Mr. John McKesson was selected to take his place from among the sub-committee, which was formed as follows.

Mrs. Lora Gihon
Mr. John McKesson
Mr. George Conlon

After discussion it was suggested that the Exhibition Committee look up a more central location than the Students and Artists Center for the next exhibition. The president mentioned the Gallery Esaille, 3 Faug.St. Honoré where one of our members had just an exhibition, and the Secretary said he had talked with the Proprietor, who had offered to let this gallery for Frs. 2200. the two weeks, instead of 2500. frs.

Also that he had open, three periods of two weeks, from the last week in April until the first week in June; but that he would like to know as quickly as possible which two weeks we wanted if we decided to hold the show in his galleries.

There are three rooms with about 55 to 60 metres on the line. The galleries are lighted artificially which is a disadvantage but on the other hand the situation is excellent and the gallery being on the ground hand the situation is excellent and the gallery being on the ground floor makes it much easier for our friends, who dread the high stairs of the "Center".
These details will be sent to the Chairman of the Committee for use but if the Committee selects another gallery, all is well.
