The Treasurer, who was unable to attend the last business Meeting read his report, stating that we had in the Bank 1678.40frs. the income from dues and from the December Exhibition (which was held to obtain funds for the European Chapter).

A motion was made and seconded and voted that the Treasurers report be accepted as read.

A motion was made and carried unanimously, that the Secretary be instructed to write to our absent member, Miss Anna Klumpke, expressing our admiration for her generous gift of the chateau de By, the former home of Mme. Rosa Bonheur, for the use and as a home for women painters who find themselves momentarily unable to afford a STUDIO in which to work.

A motion to adjourn was made seconded and carried.

L.G.Cauldwell,
Secy.
