My only regret, if it could be called that, is that you are established in Washington & if I should ever be in New York again in the near future I should find such a vacancy that it would almost be akin to living in a vacuum. Still, even that has a rare charm - the fact that from here I expect to go to Middleburg & that the house will be open & that you shall come down & spend every available Sunday & exalt in the coming of Spring. Does that sound pleasant, or will you proceed to share that you wouldnt have time to get away? At any rate I am most delighted about the whole thing & especially at the thought of seeing you soon again. As I
