INDIANAPOLIS MUSEUM OF ART

16 March 1973

Dear Miss Parsons:

Thank you for your phone call of this week regarding the "Chase-Riboud" exhibition.

This will confirm that we are interested in having this exhibition from July 3 until August 12, 1973. As you may know, the national convention of the NAACP will be held in Indianapolis this July and we are planning a number of programs around that event. Concurrent with Miss Chase-Riboud's work, we are having an exhibition of sculpture by Richard Hung which should provide some fascinating juxtapositions.

We understand that the fee for the exhibition is $2,000. I presume that we would carry wall-to-wall insurance coverage, but would like to have some thoughts from you regarding transportation costs.

I look forward to hearing from you in
the near future.
Your sincerely,
Warrum
