Dear Jock,

I finally figured out how to photograph The Albino: on the floor from above. I hope this is the last shot. And I hope you managed to get the magazines into the Magnum package. I wrote Brenda Richardson that my understanding of the agreement for the Berkeley show is exactly the same as hers. I will be working on the sculpture the end of May and the beginning of June in Verona. I also intend to go to the Venice Biannale (I've never seen and it is an hour away from Verona). I sold a second edition of Bathers to CNAC, the Museum of Modern Art of Paris. I have not seen Dorthea Speyer, but I intend to these days. I hope you got the payment from my bank and that it is enough to cover both the transportation bills and the photographer. Please let me know.

Also could you let me know about the drawings at the Modern? Are they paying for them? And can we have them for the Berkeley exhibition? Also the other small sculptures? How is betty? I hope she is well. It is cold and rainy here. A very bad Spring. And how are you? I am getting the studio cleaned up and starting on drawings next week. Nubian royalty indeed.!!! Jesus! and for this she called San Francisco?

I got my title through TNYT.....

Best love,
Barbara

Doesn't she know there are no pyramids in Nubia!
