Mrs. Vera B. Kouba
4 Shore Road
Cornwall-on-Hudson, N. Y.

Dear Mrs. Kouba:

I just thought that I would drop you a note and let you know the results of our exhibition of drawings and water colors by your father.

I think our presentation, our hanging and our framing was handled very competently by Mr. Black. I was very satisfied with the exhibition, but I have very disappointing news in sales. Actually, we have not made a single sale up to this date. The reviews we got were favorable, but I believe that dur to the heat, the attendance was not what it should have been.

I have selected a few of the drawings which we are buying for ourselves, for which I am enclosing our check herewith, and I hope that there will be some further latent sales as a result of the exhibition.

I hope you will let me keep the drawings and water colors here to sell for your account, as I think from time to time we will be able to make an occasional sale.

With very best regards to you and your husband, I am,

         Sincerely yours,

        Robert C. Graham
