Dear Mr. Graham:
Many and best of thanks for your kind lines, and generous purchase of the remaining small pictures!/ May I call your attention to what is, undoubtedly, a slip on your part? Namely, I find that in going over the original list, No. 5, i.e., "Blue Mediterranean.", was priced at yes ($50), but it is down for $30 in your letter of the other day. I have you may kindly check over, once more.
Alas, I appreciate very much your offer of possibly selling many of my father's works, however, I will have to wait until i have a chance- things being very complicated out here in the country, - to go through what I have,

Transcription Notes:
(text) (( ))-- just means that something was circled, along with a response next to the circled information. if theres a set of double brackets with ? on both sides of the word/name, it means that it might just be something that needs to be double-checked to see if it was spelt correctly.
