Bureau R.F. & A.L. Waynesboro Ga April 27th 1867 Sir I have the honor to report pursuant to instructions received from Head Quarters Macon Ga April 17th 1867 ordering me to proceed to Stations Nos. 9 & 11 C.R.R. and ascertain if circular dated March 28th 1867 had been complied with No supplies have ever been received at No 9 C.R.R. 300 Bushels of Corn were received and distributed at No 11 and 300 Bu at Station 9 1/2 - and as far as Concerned the Freedpeople Circular of March 28th 1867. have been complied with the distribution was made by Mr. J.W. Caswell - Bureau Agent at No 11. the Judges of the Inferior Court instructed him to issue only to Widows and Orphans of Confederate Soldiers
