Respectfully returned to the Actg. Asst. Adjt. General, recommending that the Assistant Commissioner for Georgia be authorized to direct the issue of the necessary transportation orders for colored orphan children from any point in the State of Georgia to the Washburne Orphan Asylum at Atlanta, Ga., and from thence to the orphan asylum at Adrian, Michigan, as authorized by endorsement of the Commissioner on application of Mrs Rebecca Craighead forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner for Georgia, with his approval, on 10th instant.
