I have the honor to transmit herewith my monthly return of stores pertaining to Bureau Refugees, Freedmen & Abandoned Lands, received, issued and remaining on hand at Columbus Geo. in the month of May 1867.

The invoice for  blank books, ink-stand, paper-folder, ruler & eraser is not in my possession, nor do I recollect ever receiving it.
