Received of F. T. Weathers forty dollars for Eighteen head of hoggs [[?]] 4 says and 14 small shoats/bellows, anvill weighing 1.13 lbs and Not worth much the bellows is almost worthless.  February the 27th 1867  Archibald Mathews

I do certify that I have for the stock and tools Evry dollar that they worth And more than they would if bought at Publick sale I believe I hav also gathered the crop 1600 hundred lbs lint cotton, corn short and all 100 bushels, syrup 60 gallons Fodder of the corn, potatoes between fifty And seventy bushels this is as fair a Statement as I can make, in relation to the crop February 27# 1867  F.
