you know of a professor, painter or other person (reliable) wanting a great scenic experience. (Walking distance from Sautens 3/4 mile) Its in farmland. I'm charging only $300. & utilities. per month.

I just don't want anyone there because there is much art, writing & (books of value) things there I value belonging to me & formerly the poet Howard Griffin's. He was a dear person.

So far I haven't any income to break of from the estate but much work as I am executor x.

As you know, thats formidable!
