We enjoyed Cornwall but not as much as many other places in England we've been to. I bought from the Fancy 'antique' shop, two little needlework pictures - rather simple & not too expertly done, but with a nice quality about them. They were done (I was told by the shop owner) by the grand mother of some old ladies called Marley who had had to sell up. The grandfather was a great friend of Charles Dickens, & said once to him "Charles Dickens your name will go down to posterity", & Dickens replied "Damn it Jacob Marley, so will yours"!
