Dear Nell,

It's been so many years since that spring month we spent at Yaddo back in 1957 (I think) that may well not remember me. But I do, and I have a beautiful snowscape (of Yaddo) you made next my fireplace, in this tiny hamlet just north of San Fransisco.

The enclosed is just being published, and I thought you'd like to have a copy.

Did you ever correspond with Frank O'hara? I am collecting his letters for a volume to be published next year, and would very much appreciate the loan of any letters or mss you may have. I promise to copy them quickly and return the originals. IN any case I'd love to have word from you.

Best regards,
Don Allen.

P.S. In letters in the late 50s Frank refers to an anthology of poems you were putting together. CAn you tell me anything about that? Did it ever materialize,, when and by whom published?

PPS: It is now Christmas eve, and I've just got a better address from Hal Fondren. This letter and the book got returned from Gloucester marked insufficient address. Was the anthology perhaps Daisy Aldan's Folder one? A Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to you,

Don.
