Dear Nell, this is a belated note. I've been in such a hassle since September that when your opening announcement arrived I regretted not being able to go. First my place was sold and I was instructed to move. Then the new owner turned around and said I could stay. Here I was all packed and ready to go. I had had the end of September a very successful studio sale. Now I've moved back in the place I was all set to move out of. It was cheaper to stay than move, and especially since everything was so up in the air. Still is, I've been running around with free lance jobs and haven't been in to New York in ages. Heard about you from the art student daughter of a former student. She is on one of the apprentice programs. Pratt wanted me
